A fabulous game of hockey today against a strong Millfield side. The team has started to find its shape and positioning on the pitch has improved enormously. Players are aware of their roles and as a result were able to create space on the pitch. In the first half we had a number of shooting chances created by some nice passes out wide and high, all of which were thwarted by the Millfield GK.

Millfield started to pass the ball with more pace in the second half and created a few chances but Amelia made some excellent saves to keep us in the game. Unfortunately for us Millfield score in the last minute of the game to win 0-1.

This was a very even game of hockey played with lots of enthusiasm and effort. Well done team!
