A sunny trip for the girls today across to Millfield to play their first match after the half term break. After a quick but intense warm up we took to the court with confidence and hit the court running.

From the get go the intensity from both teams was high, with the ball moving through the court with precision and fluency, and the shooters scoring every opportunity they had. The defence were working hard, and implementing what we have been doing in training, moving their feet and bodies around their players to get the interception.

The team rotated through positions and all combinations worked hard today, demonstrating their versatility, but also their resilience to get back in the game after a break. After a storming second half they took the win 33 - 24.
